Domain The Net allows you to exchange SSL certificates issued by companies like GoDaddy, Comodo and others to Thawte, VeriSign or GeoTrust SSL certificates - without losing the remaining validation time of your current certificates.
When exchanging your certificate you will receive a special discount and you can get up to 12 additional months added to your certificate, according to the expiration date of your current certificate (the old certificate).
To make the exchange, we will connect with your server to verify the existence of an active certificate of the competitor for the full and appropriate domain name for which you can order a new certificate.
If, for any reason, we can not connect with your present server to verify the existence of the certificate, we will allow you to attach the certificate (CSR) afterwards, during the ordering process.
How does it work?
- Choose the SSL certificate you wish to purchase.
- Choose the option - "Domain The Net Competitor's Certificate Exchange Program".
- Our systems will automatically check the existence of the competitor's certificate on the server it's installed in and its expiration date.
- The system will calculate the remaining time on your present certificate.
- The remaining time will be added to the new certificate you order.
