מסמך זה מפרט מהי מדיניות הפרטיות הנהוגה באתר https://www.domainthenet.com/he/ ("האתר"), המופעל על-ידי דומיין דה נט טכנולוגיות בע"מ ("דומיין דה נט " או "אנו" או "החברה")  וסוקר, בין השאר, את האופן בו אנו משתמשים במידע שנאסף מהמשתמשים באתר.

המידע האישי (כהגדרת מונח זה להלן) ישמר במאגרי מידע של החברה והשימוש בו ייעשה בהתאם להוראות מדיניות פרטיות זו או על פי הוראות כל דין.

1. סוגי המידע שהחברה אוספת וכיצד מתבצע איסוף המידע: מידע מזהה אישית ("מידע אישי") שתמסור לנו או שייאסף על-ידנו יישמר במאגרי המידע של החברה. המידע האישי אודותיך יישמר למשך הזמן הדרוש על-מנת לממש את מטרות השימוש במידע כמתואר להלן או בהתאם להוראות הדין החל הרלוונטי.

מידע הנמסר על-ידך

• בעת התקשרות עם החברה (בין אם טלפונית, בדוא"ל, דרך טופס יצירת הקשר באתר או בכל דרך אחרת), ייתכן שיתקבלו אצל החברה פרטי מידע שיש בהם כדי לזהות אותך אישית כגון: שמך, מספר ת.ז., שם החברה ומספרה, שם מתחם, מספר הטלפון והפקס שלך, פרטי הדוא"ל, ארץ, מדינה/מחוז ותוכן הפניה.
• שירותים תידרש למסור פרטי אמצעי תשלום (כגון מס' כרטיס אשראי, תוקף וכו'). פרטי אמצעי התשלום יעובדו על-ידי ספקי התשלום של החברה ולמעט 4 ספרות אחרונות וטוקן שמונפק על-ידי חברת הסליקה, לא יישמרו אצל החברה.
• במסגרת מתן שירותים מסוימים (כגון אחסון אתרים, אחסון תיבות דוא"ל ושירותי תעודת SSL) אנו עשויים לאחסן ולעבד עבורך מידע אישי הנוגע אליך או אל אחרים.
• אתה מאשר בזאת כי פרטי המידע שמסרת מלאים, נכונים ומדויקים, וכי יש לך את כל ההסכמות הנדרשות (ככל שנדרשות) על-פי דין מצדדים שלישיים לעיבוד ואחסון מידע אודותם על-ידנו במסגרת מתן השירותים.

מידע שהחברה אוספת מצדדים שלישיים או מקורות פומביים

החברה עשויה לקבל מידע אודותיך מצדדים שלישיים, כגון מידע מספקי שיווק ופרסום, לגבי פעילותך באתר.

מידע שנאסף באופן אוטומטי

3. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

אנו רשאים להעביר את המידע האישי לצדדים שלישיים במקרים הבאים:

1. 1. לקבלנים או לנותני שירותים מטעמנו, לצורך מתן השירותים לך (למשל, אחסון מידע אצל ספקי שירות ענן, שירותי סליקה/תשלום, שירותי תחזוקה, רישום הדומיין, ניהול בסיס נתונים, ניתוח אתרים ושיפור השירותים);

לצורך רישום דומיינים – למנהלי רישום דומיינים ולספקים של שירותי נאמנות בקשר עם רישום אתרים; פרטים שאתה מספק בעת רישום דומיין (כגון, שם הדומיין) עשויים להיות מפורסמים בפומבי (למשל, במאגר המידע WHOIS), בהתאם לכללים ותקנות הנוגעים לרישום אתרים (ICANN, ccTLD ועוד);

   3. אם נארגן את פעילותנו (כולה או חלקה) במסגרת גוף אחר, לרבות מיזוג, מכירת פעילות וכו', אנו עשויים להעביר את המידע האישי לגוף שאליו נתמזג ו/או שאליו תועבר הפעילות (כולה או חלקה) ובלבד שאותו הגוף יקבל על עצמו את הוראות מדיניות פרטיות זו;
   4. במקרה של מחלוקת משפטית בינך (ו/או גורם מטעמך) לביננו (ו/או גורם מטעמנו), ככל שיידרש בקשר עם התמודדות עם מחלוקת כאמור;
   5. בהסכמת ובאישור המשתמש;
   6. לרשות מוסמכת, במקרה שתבצע או תנסה לבצע באמצעות האתר, או בקשר איתו, פעולות שנראה לכאורה כי הן מנוגדות לדין;

4. אתרים חיצוניים

האתר כולל קישורים לאתרים חיצוניים. לחיצה על קישור כאמור עשויה לגרום לאיסוף מידע אישי שלך על-ידי צד שלישי. אין לנו כל שליטה על האתרים החיצוניים ואנו לא נישא באחריות ו/או בחבות כלשהי ביחס אליהם. אנו ממליצים כי תקרא את תנאי השימוש ומדיניות הפרטיות הרלוונטיים לאתרים החיצוניים בטרם השימוש בהם.

5. קטינים
