Pre registration phase:
In order to increase the likelihood of registering a Hebrew IDN domain under .ישראל Domain The Net will be accepting applications for conditional early registration.
During the pre registration period, Domain the Net will receive pre registration requests based on a "first come, first served” principle.

During the pre-registration process, only the first application that will be received in the Domain The Net's system, will be accepted for each unique name. It will not be possible to submit additional requests to the same domain name after a request has been received in the system.
Handling fee for submitting an application at the pre-registration phase is 499 NIS including VAT. (This cost is a handling fee and will not be refunded in any case, even in the event that an application is rejected and/or the domain has not been registered).
Protected registration for Hebrew .IL IDN domain name holders :
Holders of a registered Hebrew .IL domain name (For example: אתר.co.il.), will be given the priority to register ישראל. domain identical to IDN .IL , during the protected registration period.
This right can only be exercised upon opening of the general availability phase, using a standard registration request, and if the holder’s name is identical as that of the IDN .IL domain, the domain will be approved by the Registry Administrator.
Please be aware, if you are holder of hebrew IDN .IL domain name, You are not required to submit registration request during early phases (including SUNRISE), but only durint protected registration periods.
An application submitted before the open registration period will not be eligible for a refund.
